here’s a story that some budding photojournalist could take on — in articles about the worker for the toy district business improvement district that was caught shoving trash into a storm drain, there were some mentions that the business owners in that area routinely just toss their trash into the gutter for those workers to deal with. why not go down to the toy district and document this? if only there was a bounty for turning in litterbugs.
